Dramatically reduce the size of images already uploaded

    I was wondering what is the best way to reduce the image size of photos that have already been uploaded to my WordPress Prophoto blog?

    I am trying to reduce the images on my blog from 700kb-2mb down to under 250kb.
    I have EWWW and Smush-it, but they only reduced the size of the images by a few KBs.
