    I have had a problem with a different back up plugin. So i tried SEVERAL others and all were likewise not successful. I tried this one and it works like a charm in the LITE version – free. yes teh FREE version works just fine thank you. There are limits to the free service but it creates a ZIP file of everything you need. Keep it stored on your host server or download it elsewhere. I will definitely keep on using and look forward to more features.

    After a few successful back ups over two months (14 times) it failed midway. I contacedt the author and he immediately started working on a solution. It seems I have some large amounts of photos on my site and that was causing issues. He spent several iterations before he got it to work, but just before the holidays he fixed an issue impacting me, just one free user. If he was that helpful to me imagine how great he’ll be for you!     There latest version just makes it easier to do the backups. Thanks for a great product and options.
