 * In addition to “Subscribe to Comments” not working, I have been having problems
   with some other users of my blogs. Some of my bloggers have reported that the“
   Visual” tab under writing is not visual at all…
 * ..And when they publish their posts it gets saved as a draft.
 * I have also noticed that I am unable to create pages using the “links_to” plugin.
 * Any recommendations

 * Did you check out the plugin compatibility page as advised per instruction.
    
   Also, the default in 2.1 for the rte is off. Go to admin -> Users -> Your profile
   and check the box for the rte at top left.
 * Please keep threads to one question to keep them manageable. Please start another
   thread about the drafts thing.
