2.1 problems

I recently upgraded to 2.1, and now, I’m having a major problem. I can’t access my blog itself, but I can access the admin panel. I deactivated all plugins and reverted back to the default theme. But I can’t still see my blog. My PHP and mySQL versions are 4.4.3 and 4.1.21-standard respectively.
