Can't create any form (multisite)

    Hello,

    i can’t create any form for a site of my network.
    Plugin works perfectly on the main site. When i try to add a new form on another site of the same network, after filling every request field, the CREATE NEW FORM page is displayed again and no new form has been added…

    Can anyone help please?

    We also tried to deactivate every plugin, repair permissions, etc.
    We still can’t create any new form.
