Hi, I have activated the “RTMEDIA” plugin and I get an error every time I get an image with the “USER-FRONTEND” plugin. When rtmedia disable the message disappears.

    Would I could help?
    Thank you.

    This is the error:

Warning: imagecreatetruecolor(): Invalid image dimensions in /htdocs/MoooViz/wp-includes/media.php on line 2053

Warning: imagecopyresampled() expects parameter 1 to be resource, boolean given in /htdocs/MoooViz/wp-includes/class-wp-image-editor-gd.php on line 180

    Hi javieregea,

Please check it once by disabling “USER-FRONTEND” plugin. It looks like plugin conflict issue.

Hello, I have spoken with the author of “userfrontend” plugin and tell me the function that causes the error is not used in your plugin. This plugin I’m using more than 2 years and have never had that problem.

The “userfrontend” plugin is used to upload products to WooCommerce shop, so I can not disable it. The error appears when I activate the “rtmedia” plugin.

Please I need to resolve this error is very important.
If you want to see it live tell me your email to send username and password.

Thank you very much for your attention
