• I’m using the Lively Chat plugin on one of our clients sites, I have it set to ‘Online according to office hours’ (9:30AM — 4:30PM), but they keep getting chat logs outside of office hours.

    e.g. This morning when they arrived in work, someone had been chatting at 7AM (when the live chat should have been turned off), and thus as there was no response, they’re angering customers.

    Is there a reason for this / can anyone shed any light or have any suggestions?

    Hi there, is your time zone set correctly on the general Settings page?

    We’re releasing version 2.0 soon (this week or next), which is a complete overhaul. It should correct the issue. Thanks!
