mail tag doesn't get parsed in mail

Hi,

I have a weird problem. I’ve used contact form for quite a while now. I’ve got the [your-email] tag included in the body of the mail people receive and up until several weeks ago this worked perfectly.

However, now it doesn’t show up anymore. What has happened?

I use the following code in the body of the mail that gets send:

Van: [text-864] [text-64] <[your-email]>
Onderwerp: Inventarisatieformulier inkoopactie zonnepanelen

text-864 and text-64 is first name and last name.

It used to display in the mail:
First name Last name (email address)
and than the rest of the fields of the form.

But now only the first and last name show up in the body of the email and not the email address anymore.

How can I fix this?
