Stopped Working

I have been building an ecommerce site. I was planning to use One Click Upsells plugin to handle one click upsells. I have the merchant account in test mode and was running a bunch of testing today. At first, the One-Click Upsells plugin was working fine, but suddenly, it stopped working, taking each upsell purchase to the failure page. The upsell orders do not even show up in Infusionsoft as they were earlier today. Any ideas?
