I got the same error that many others have posted about. The code does not recognize that the file is a .wie file. Since I was uploading a .wie file generated by this plugin, I commented out the code that generates this error and got one that actually made sense.

File is empty. Please upload something more substantial. This error could also be caused by uploads being disabled in your php.ini or by post_max_size being defined as smaller than upload_max_filesize in php.ini

    Hello,

You must upload a.wie file generated by this plugin

This is a message the plugin will give but the other message you are seeing after modifying the plugin comes from WordPress itself.

File is empty. Please upload something more substantial. This error could also be caused by uploads being disabled in your php.ini or by post_max_size being defined as smaller than upload_max_filesize in php.ini

If you check php.ini for the issues WordPress says can cause that error, are you able to get it working?

Could you please post your modified snippet of code and email me your .wie file? I will test with what you have to see if it’s an issue with the generated file or an issue with the environment. You can get in touch by email here: http://stevengliebe.com/contact/

    Thank you.

Can you please provide the information asked for above?

    Thank you.
