Woo Commerce Custom Cart or PDF

I am wondering if anyone has an experience modifying Woo Commerce…Is it possible to select products and have them entered onto a PDF as a proposal instead of adding them to the shopping cart? Even if they have to go to the cart first is fine, as long as the end result will be a printable, or savable list of the products the user has selected with a total at the bottom, and a couple areas for terms and conditions at the footer area, header area would be nice to have logo.
