    I tried to sign up for an account.

    I got an Account Not Found message several times, pushed Register, and am still waiting for a password to arrive – it’s been several days.

    I’ve removed the plugin from that site and from others under my control.

    We found a bug in Jetpack that was causing SSO to break for some users, we’ve now fixed the problem.

    Got one set up in a snap.

    I don’t use Jetpack on the sites where I had Stream, so I don’t know if that contributed to the issues I experienced.

    No, we are using Jetpack on our WP Stream site, which was causing the issue 🙂

    If our troubleshooting here has changed your opinion of the plugin, we really would appreciate if you would reconsider the 1 star review.

    Also, when you run into issues in the future, most quality plugin authors are willing to help you in the forums without the need to leave a negative rating.

    I will definitely reconsider – how do I change it?

    Sorry, I was frustrated after the waiting so long for response from Stream site itself— still waiting for the email with my account password, per the message after the last time of trying to get in.

    Awesome. I actually don’t think you can change the review rating, but you can email the mods to have them take it down, then write a new one.

    And yeah, I totally understand. As plugin developers who really do care, we were frustrated as well. Thanks for your understanding and patience!
