    Issue resolved. I actually read the WPTouch Pro instructions on how to do this by putting disabling code in the Custom Code box. Yay!

    Can you share what solution you found to this problem? I too am trying to remove the page name and header/search/menu from the mobile app using WPTouch Pro – but can figure out what code to add and where.

    Any help would be hugely appreciated!
