    Hi

    1. Thanks for such a great plugin!
    2. Where can I send You the es_ES file?
    3. I have the plugin configured to set Free Shipping just if city=cali but in the Shopping Cart page appears the shipping value according to the class and after use Shipping calculator and set city as cali, it says “Shipping costs updated” but still displays the cost associated to the class.

    Any idea?

    Thanks!

    Hi Andres,

    1. Glad you like it 🙂
    2. Contact me through http://www.jeroensormani.com/contact/ so we can get in touch.
    3. Does it work properly on checkout and only not at the shopping cart?

It might be the shipping costs cache, try to change the quantity or add/remove something from the cart (just make WC recalculate the shipping cost) (or disable shipping costs cache at WC -> settings -> System status -> tools.

If you could post a url, that would help as wel.

    Cheers,

    Jeroen

Hi Jeroen and thanks for your quick reply

    2. I’ll contact You in order to send You the po and mo files
    3. It is not working neither in Shopping cart or Checkout. I just erase the cache from WC -> settings -> System status -> tools and still remains the issue. As I’m in a Non-US country, I have not Dropdown in State or City so I’ll use a Woocommerce snippet in order to create the Colombian citys as dropdown and see if that way works.

I’ll update this thread after do that. Thanks for your time!

    Hi Jeroen

I updated the site with the Woocommerce snippet in order to add the Colombian Citys in a dropdown. As defaulft the cities in woocommerce are not in dropdown so I had to change the State name to City and do not display the City field.

Now, the cities are being displayed in a dropdown as the Woocommerce snippet should work, but in your plugin backend, when a I select state and then try to select somenthing from the dropdown, there is nothing in there as You can see here.

    Any idea?

    Hi Andres,

The empty drop down for states is because you probably don’t have the states installed for your country.

The city field should not be a drop down, but a text field, where you can type in the city.

The city used at the checkout should be exactly the same as the one you type in the back-end.

I can be a little slow responsive since I’m at WordCamp EU.

    Cheers,

    Jeroen

    Hi Jeroen

Thanks for your reply. I installed the states for my country with a Wooocommerce snippet, in the checkout now I have a drop down for that. What I did was to write the city names istead of the states name and change the name state for city so in the checkout I have a dropdown for cities but actually is the states dropdown, You can check it here.

I did this in order to avoid different city names because not always people writes the same way like LA instead of Los Angeles or NYC instead of New York City. So I think doing this I just should to choose in your plugin states and “equal to” and select from the dropdown the city name I want.

And btw, have a great WordCamp! Thanks for taling the time to reply forums.
