Missing option to insert contact form

    Once you’ve activated Jetpack and connected it to your WordPress.com account, you can go to Jetpack > Settings in your dashboard, and make sure the Contact Form module is active.

    If you don’t find the module in the list, it’s most likely because your theme or one of your plugins hid it from the list.

    If it is in the list and is active, you’ll find a button at the top of your Visual Editor, as explained here:
