Delete old backups

    Seems I have no luck with this forum… I nearly never get a reply!?
    Nobody can help me with this?

    Sorry for the delay in reply.

    I’m not sure if you reach out through our other support channel or not.

    I’m also not sure why you can’t delete the file, are you able to delete any file at all? I would be tempted to contact your host about this issue.
