Image Upload INOP

    Using the current plug-in version 3.9.3. I have played with the image uploader for quite some time and cannot get it to function properly. Stuck.

    The contact form says image upload was successful. The received email shows the image file name that should be attached, but nothing is attached. Looking at the wpcf7_uploads folder there is no image file there.

    wpcf7_uploads folder Permissions are 733. .htaccess is not blocking.
