Do_shortcode not working

    Hi all,

    I really need some help over here.
    I’m including multiple contact forms on my website. As you can see the form in the content is working, but the forms in the sidebar and footer aren’t.

    wp_footer(); and wp_header();are both included and all javascript files are loaded correctly.

    I’ve tried figuring out why it isn’t working. I’ll tried everything using this Google query. Adding code to functions.php, including via text widget in the sidebar, including directly in the theme by using do_shortcode.

    But still my forms aren’t working. When I’ll hit the send button nothing happens and I really can’t figure out why.

    Please need some help!
