Unable to add either social account

Greetings,

I’m seeing posts about people unable to add one or the other. Unfortunately, I’m unable to add either.

Both go through the process of connecting to my FB or Twitter and both of my accounts are showing the app as authorized. Back at my page, however, neither has an account showing.

I’ve tried this in the public section where anybody can author and also under my profile where only I can author. Both still show “no profile”.

Please advise.
