    Hi there!

Jetpack Contact Forms are a simple, basic way for you to add a contact form to your site. As such, it’s pretty basic from a configuration standpoint.

You would have to look into more robust contact form solutions to get that type of feature. A number of colleagues use Gravity Forms and are very happy with the options available – including setup and easy reuse of custom forms: http://www.gravityforms.com/

It is a paid plugin, but you should also be able to find free options in the WordPress.org plugin directory that you can try out as well:

    I hope that clarifies things!

    Thanks Carolyn!

I found out that cutting and pasting the code from another page works. Nonetheless it’d be great to save forms and form fields right within JP.

    Like your title 🙂
