When use this plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/download-monitor/ (old version https://wordpress.org/plugins/download-monitor/developers/ 3.3.6.2) the download not work if cache system is enabled return “ERR_INVALID_RESPONSE”

I couldn’t set this plugin up 🙂 I add new download but I cannot reach it. Can you give me any subdomain for testing?
