Conditional notifications not being received

    (Thank you for creating this plugin!!!)

    I am using your Gravity Forms Directory add-on to control the approval of form submissions. I’ve set up notifications to only send when a submission is approved, but the notifications are not being sent upon approval. They are only successfully delivered if I force the resend of the notification using the “Resend Notifications” button.

    Do you have any idea why this is happening?
