Featured Image Size MASSIVE- Help?

    Howdy all,

    I’ve seen several posts about featured image size and have tried as many resolutions as apply to my issue but to no avail.

    The featured image size is HUGE.. even when I upload a smaller image, it stretches it to an giant size. I have responsive lightbox activated. If I add the right sidebar, the featured image shrinks a bit, but I don’t want to use the right sidebar.. Here is a screencap:
