Usually there is a plausible reason when AntiSpam Bee has marked a comment as spam. Have you checked the plugin’s settings for your site? It is possible, for example, to mark comments as spam by language or by country. Are any of those options activated?

Further more, the comment could have been “real”, but sent from a black-listed IP. Can you provide more investigation and detail on possible reasons for AntiSpam Bee’s decisions?

    Hello Caspar,

thank you very much for your quick response.

    1. Yes, I have checked the plugin’s settings for my site.
    2. No, comments are not marked as spam by language or by country.
    3. No, the comments were not send from a black-listed IP. I have made some tests with different white-listed IPs.
    4. Sorry, I don’t have a clue why AntiSpam Bee is blocking some comments and other comments not.

I am ready to make some investigations if somebody could help me.

    Best regards
    Karsten

In that case I would just give it another try for a couple of weeks, unmark falsely spammed comments manually and see if the plugin learns. Have no better advice atm, sry.

    Thank you, Caspar.

Maybe I will try this way.

Currently i am trying another antispam plugin

Ah, could it be an issue with the comment form then? Can I take a look at your site?

Sure, please take a look at my site.

Please let me know how I can help you.

Karsten, please send me a email. I’ll see what I can do.

    Hi Karten,

Try to disable option “Use common antispam database (Tornevall)”.

I have solved such problems by disabling of additional options. On the settings page, section Antispam Filter, I have the only one option enabled – Use regular expressions.

    Regards,
    Alexander
