Page broker, because footer.php not loading

Since today I have a problem with my wordpress blog post pages. I think the footer does not load, so the page ist broken.

I think it´s a plugin problem with the wpSEO. When I disable the plugin the page is blank white. when I delete it, it´s also blank white. When the plugin is enabled, the wordpress post pages are broken because of the missing footer – I think.

Maybe there is a problem in the database? Hope for any help.
