Superb plug in and excellent support

I tried a few other ticket systems before finding this one.

Unlike the others, this one just works right out of the box!

Slick design and very simple to use.

The support from the developer is great too.
I had two small issues, one he fixed within hours and the other is being added to the next update which is due out tomorrow.

That’s what I call good service 😉
