    That would be either inline+defer or inline infox24, cfr. http://blog.futtta.be/2014/02/13/should-you-inline-or-defer-blocking-css/
    and the info in the FAQ on inline+defer

    So, I need to check ‘Inline and Defer CSS?’ ?
    If I check ‘Inline “above the fold CSS” while loading the main
    autoptimized CSS only after page
    load. Check the FAQ before
    activating this option!’, I need to paste something in a new textarea. I can’t understand what.

    I’ve checked ‘Inline all CSS?’ and the problem has disapeared. Thanks!

    “inline all CSS” indeed is the easiest solution, inline+defer is not simple as figuring out what the “above the fold CSS” is, is far from straightforward.
