4.0 issues?

    I have this plug in on all of my sites and it works well. This morning I updated a site to 4.0 and added a user. When went to enable GA for that user, the security box was at the bottom of the profile, and there was no way to get the QR code.

    Existing users/profiles seem to be unaffected. They are are able to log-in and the security setting still appear near the top of their profiles.

    The issue is all on my end. I needed to log out and log back in as the new user to get the code.
