So, confused on the multisite usage. The FAQ states that this plugin is multisite compatible, but it must be configured at the site level. I have a few questions.

First, what is actually copied at the site level?

The primary site files are stored at
    wp-content/uploads

    Secondary sites are stored at
    wp-content/uploads/sites/SITE_ID

I’m assuming that’s all taken into consideration, but how are the files stored on the CDN? Do I have to configure a separate bucket for each site in a single Mu installation, or will the path structure be respected with the upload to DreamObjects?

The files in wp-content/uploads/ are copied at the site level. So Site #1 is wp-content/uploads/2001/ but NOT wp-content/uploads/sites/2/ (Yes, it knows the difference).

The files are stored how you want to store them. If you put them all in one bucket, then it just looks exactly like you have on your site today, but in the cloud. Personally if it’s for your own private network, use one bucket, and it’ll sort it self out 🙂

The reason I didn’t automate it for all sites is that networks are funny … I may make an override option so the super admin can be in charge of it all, but that makes individual site uploads hard when you look at moving existing data.
