Lock outs for No Reason

Yeah, I’m locked out when I haven’t even tried logging in.

I log in using a program that has saved my user name and password. So I don’t ever, EVER get it wrong.

Yet your security plugin has wrongly locked me out on several sites.

I have not tried logging into any of these sites for weeks and weeks. So your program is getting something wrong and locking me, the owner out, for zero good reason. If it has a good reason, then what is it?

All I can think is that iThemes is incompatible somehow with IWP. That is the only program allowed to log into my sites and the only program that has logged into my affected sites.

You mention that me, the owner, being locked out means that your plugin is doing its job. That is a huge assumption on your part. And simply WRONG. That is like saying the lock smith is doing his job by making a key to my front door that doesn’t work. He did a job, but the job was poorly done.
