• I’ve used this plugin for over a year and previously found it very useful – had I reviewed it two months ago I would have given it five stars. Before then, when issues arose the support forum provided an answer and when no one could help, the developers updated with a fix within days.

However, recently my site has run into big problems and no one seems able or willing to help. Namely, the plugin now fails to recognise keyword placement in my posts (“they keyword does not appear in the first paragraph”, “keyword usage is 0%”), making it very hard to get a ‘green’ light. After extensive research and calls for help over a two month period I have found no way of fixing the issue myself. For some users the issue appears to be ongoing dating back to at least September 2013. It’s a bug, and it’s a bug the developers appear unwilling to fix.

This is where the lack of support for free users comes in. I have considered paying for this plugin simply to get through to the developers, but then, why should I purchase a plugin because it’s not working? Surely you purchase with confidence, and not a lack of it? When a large selection of free users report an issue, it would be prudent for developers to address it regardless of payment. I’m sure this is losing them customers. Very frustrating.
