Tweak style of wp-db.php messages

    I recently upgraded from WordPress 2.0.11 to 2.6.2.

    The 2.0.11 version of wp-db.php included CSS/HTML (in function bail($message)) that allowed me to customize the look of the error message (replacing http://static.wordpress.org/logo.png with my own site’s graphic, for example).

    However, the CSS/HTML is gone from the 2.6.2 version of wp-db.php. Where can I find this style information in 2.6.2?
