Question Categories don't show past page 2 on admin panel

hi. i am using your great plugin on vertion 0.1.3 (but i made meny changes so i can’t upgrade).
the issue is that when i look at the question categories in the admin panel i can see only 38, but there are 151 at the moment. if i search for a cat that i don’t see, it finds it and showes it to me. but only by search.
can you please advice me on the matter ?
