OH NOES! I just upgraded, and now, no matter what the permalink happens to be, it just shoots me to the main page… Hep me, Obi-Wan!

Try going to Options -> Permalinks and click “update Permalink Structure” at the bottom just to “rebuild” things.

    Does that help?

    Unfortunately, no.

Do you still have your .htaccess in your WordPress directory?

    Yes, should I delete it?

This is a bit unorthodox… but yes, I’d delete it. Then revisit options -> permalinks and have WP build a new copy

(this assumes the current contents are ONLY the WordPress stuff, of course).

    Ugh, that didn’t work either

Did it rebuild the .htaccess at least?

Do you have a backup copy (pre update) of it that you could compare with what’s there now?

    Unfortunately, no, I don’t.

I’m about THIS close to exporting the posts as XML, deleting the install, and doing it as a fresh one.
