500 Error Scanning & Building

    The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

    Running into errors attempting to Scan and/or Build, and I’ve not been able to create an archive of the site I’m working on. I’ve used your plugin for a long time with very few issues until recently, so I’m note sure if my host (MT) has changed something or what. I am getting an open_basedir warning, but I’m not sure exactly what to enter into php.ini to disable this.

    MT’s knowledgebase article says to add

    open_basedir = “/path/to/first/folder:/path/to/second/folder”

    but I’m not sure what the 2 paths are supposed to be.

    Do you know what to set this as?
