Email submission: spinning icon won't stop

I have successfully set up the email download option, but after I click the submit button, the spinning icon won’t stop and give the “Sender’s message was sent successfully” message. Meanwhile, my test email has arrived and I’ve already downloaded the file. And the spinning wheel keeps going on the site.

What would prevent the initial form to stay in spinning mode and not complete? My users will be confused.

Hi,
There is an issue with the Captcha portion of your Form. There is a problem with the permissions because CF7 is unable to delete the generated captcha.

Okay, I’m using Really Simple Captcha, which was recommended to work with EBD, and CF7. So does RSC need to do an update?

Is this a WP issue, or CF7, or RSC? I’m wondering who I need to contact, since it appears to not be an EBD issue from what you say.

It is a server issue. CF7 can’t delete the generated captcha because of the file permissions on the server.

Would you know if I need to change permissions on a CF7 file on the server? Or is it another file?
