Issue saving settings

i have a site that will not save jigoshop settings. will not save address, paypal address, etc.
I have deleted and reinstalled the jigoshop plugin, and nothing changes.
Additionally when i add a product the image it adds as the product image is the 32×32 thumbnail, not sure if the issues are related?

any ideas
