Support » Plugin: nrelate Related Content » HTTPS not supported

  • Hello,

I tried yesterday on my website https://www.unsacsurledos.com the plugin. In the latests versions of the browser (Chrome …), the frame with the nrelate content is blocked as not in HTTPS.

So I deactivated the plugin as it was not working, but from what i’ve seen of it, the plugin is REALLY great, so it’s a pity I cannot use it.

Is there a support for HTTPS in modern browser planned ?
As Google prefers now HTTPS (SEO matters), my whole site is now in HTTPS.

    Thanks in advance 🙂

    Thanks manoj007 🙂

@unsacsurledos — We currently don’t support HTTPS sites unfortunately. We’re working on bringing in support for this feature soon and I’ve made a note of it to let you know here once it’s available.

Katrina please add me to that list. I just switched over to https as well. I really like the nrelate plugin. I’m also starting to find other things not compatible. My brand new shingy $100 Theme from Gabfire doesn’t work with it and I’m starting to think several other plugins don’t as well.

I’m a podcaster and iTunes won’t support it either. Talk about a catch22.

@kjam — Thanks for your input.

We’ll be updating here once we do have support for this.
