Multiple Loop Help

Hi there,

I’m after a solution for a custom wordpress layout, one that has 5 separate sections that include a post from a category named ‘featured’ and one other… and the main blog which excludes all of the featured posts like below:

Main Blog

featured, sport (1 post)

featured, tech (1 post)

featured, movies (1 post)

I’ve tried creating my own multiple loops design, can’t seem to accomplish exactly what I am after… can anyone help me please?
