Help! Updated to new version and Plugin can't be activated!!

    Hi,
    I updated the plugin to today’s version (Aug 26, 2014) and it downloads the new version but it gives a fatal error when I try to activate (see below for details).
    I tried deleting the plugin and re-installing but I had the same issue.
    Any ideas what could be happening?
    Any help or thought would be much appreciated – thanks!!
