Hello,

I noticed a similar support ticket from 1 year ago and the solution was to update the plugin. I have version 5.7 installed and I assume this is the latest.

The video autoplays and I can hear it, but the display is solid white. It’s a YouTube video.

Sorry, I have no idea what is causing this issue on your site.

Everything works properly for me on Twenty Fourteen Theme and WordPress 4.0 while I tested it today.
