Forwarding notification (page) on outgoing link

Hello,
On the internet I found serveral sites that has some kind of thank you / forwarding page. When you click on a product (outgoing link) you get a page with logo and text. Something like “Thank you for visiting us! You are now forwarded to the real webshop”.
I dont know how those pages are called but I would like to know if there are any kind of plugins / script for this? I want to implement something like this in my own website but I dont know where to search for.
Can somebody gice me some information about this?
This is an example website I’m talking about.
When you click on a product link and going to another website you get some forward page.
