Hi,
it’s a generic WooCommerce error which is not related to the WBS itself. You can find more talks about it at the support forum http://wordpress.org/support/plugin/weight-based-shipping-for-woocommerce. Another options is to check WooCommerce support forums for that issue.
I’m getting a similar error.
It’s intermittent and some users are affected, while others are not.
When it occurs, then the array $available_methods is empty.
If I place <?php print_r($available_methods ); die;?> in WooCommerce/Templates/cart-shipping.php at around line 21 it prints out ‘Array()’
Disabling and removing weight-based-shipping cures it, but this is obviously not desirable.

Are you sure you are using latest version of this plugin? Also did you modify it in some way? I’m looking at the sources now and can’t find a way WBS can empty $available_methods array.
Am having same problem, have 5 different configurations set up and no matter what i put into my cart and what country i try and post to i get no shipping services avalible
Kindly see if you have inputted minimum weight, because if your product is less than the inputted minimum weight it will not show shipping details as stated. Thanks
