Can't change Authors with custom role in Posts

The last hours I tried to figure out why I can’t change Authors in my posts anymore and then I found this:

What I did was to change the authors to standard wordpress role “Editor” one by one and then reassigned my URE custom role to the every single Author. Before that you have to activate “Show deprecated capabilities” and set “level_1” or something else above “level_0”. The “level_0” also has to stay deactivated.
