Plugin not working with theme widget

Hi,

I want to make right side bar of the post http://thetecnica.com/2014/04/best-adsense-alternatives static with this plugin but it’s not wokring with theme widget.

Theme which I am using is Newspaper. http://themeforest.net/item/newspaper/5489609

Will you please tell me what’s the issue.
