Pop-up plugin for Email Subscriber Plugin

I’m using this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/email-subscribers/ to manage my email subscribers and want to show form from this plugin in a popup box, please suggest me any pop-up plugin that supports this https://wordpress.org/plugins/email-subscribers/ plugin in a popup.. mostly are only have support for mailchimp.
