[Plugin: NextGEN Gallery] Automatically scan folder for new images

    Is there any way for me to have the plugin automatically scan a folder for new images at a regular interval?

    I have set up a program to automatically upload images that are in my pictures folder, but still I have to manually go SCAN.

    Does anyone know of how to right a script or something to do this? Surely it should be easy? (not easy enough for me to do it though)

    I’m also in need to autoscan new directories..

    Any chance we can set a cron job to do this function???

    Any thoughts>?

    I have some concerns in the past for such a batch process, but with v1.00 we can work on a cronjob … should be no problem for somebody with PHP knowledge
