    Hi there!

I´m triying to understand how it works this plugin because i´m worried about loading times.

Example: I´ve 6 MB image file size and i uploaded it and use this plugin to convert this image in retina ready. Here are my doubts:

    1. This plugin serve some retina-ready images. They are adapted (file size terms) to the web? Example: this plugin compress the image to 50 kb (for example) to use it on my home page?

    2. Of course, 6MB it´s a huge file so what is minimum file size that i need to make this plugin works? 600kb-1MB or i need a larger files?

However, what process do you recommend to work with?

I´m newbie, hope you understand my doubts! )

    Thank you

Seems like you need to do a lot of research 🙂 This is not very related to the plugin, images are also resized by WordPress. The plugin just adds another layer.

    1. Yes, it is compressed. You can choose the JPG quality in the options of the plugin.
    2. Is has nothing to do with the size of the file. Everything that matters in the resolution. There are many tutorials you can check for that, the FAQ might be a start.

    Good luck 🙂
