Hi miguelgaton,
I’m not sure I follow what you mean.
Could you provide me with a screenshot of what you are seeing and also let me know what version of WordPress you are using?
You can post here or catch us at support [at] goroost [dot] com
I have sent you an email.
regards,

Resolved — Appeared to be an issue with conflicting style of the theme and a non-prefixed class in our plugin.
Fixed in v2.1.6.
I just disabled Roost as it outputs the following (admin panel & normal):
<noscript>Questions or feedback? Need help? powered by Roost – Push notifications for websites</noscript>
As Google seems to have an issue with my site (rankings dropped significantly) I try everything I can relate to this. This might look like site wide footer and hidden text. My site currently has ~365 and was linking out to Roost 1.800 times I was told.
I’ll read notifications on this post via email.

Sorry, for the confusion created by this. The wording there wasn’t right and the double-link might have been too much. We’ve changed it to better fit the purpose of reaching users who expect web push to work without JavaScript.
We also don’t think noscript tags confer any SEO value, which is why we embedded it there. There are quite a few other SaaS companies that do use them. Google does as well for their retargeting tags.
We take guidelines and terms of service (Google and others) very seriously.
Thanks for bringing your concerns to our attention.
Thanks, this is not in 2.1.8, is it?
I’d expect it not to be this widget issue indeed but who knows:

Oh yes. Sorry. It is included with v2.1.8. This is why we rushed it to the plugin directory.
Ok, wasn’t in the releasenotes. Thanks for the quick action!
But now it reads:
<noscript>Please enable JavaScript to use web push. Still not working? Troubleshoot web push notification registration with Roost.</noscript>
Still a hidden link to Roost as far as I’m concerned. Unless you can point me to specifics this won’t harm my site I’m not activating to rule this out…
(accidental double posting)

Again, understand the concerns.
Here is a post from Matt Cutts addressing hidden links. In the comments (linked here) he talks about noscript tags. I believe his answer should adequately ease your concerns with it.

That was in 2007, before GoogleBot processed JavaScript & CSS…
I found this:

If this is an issue, it should count agains Roost in my opinion 🙂
Here’s an example of adding nofollow to Javascript:

Could you nofollow all links to Roost so I can re-active the plugin?
