Many other improvments are required along with our plugin does, in order to get a higher score on different speed testing services.
Btw, why don’t use “defer javascript” option too?
However, if the SBP plugin does not have any effect on your site, I doubt your are using a theme or plugins coded by the WordPress standards.

The theme i use is number 2 selling theme on Mojo market. It’s been the best for support i have found. I didn’t use the defer java because i have heard it can mess site up. I tried with and without but it didn’t matter. Well i was hoping for something good because this is always a problem, getting speed up.

A number 2 selling theme or best support says nothing about how it was coded.
Likewise it may be the other WordPress plugins that don’t meet the WordPress standards and don’t utilizes wp_enqueue_scripts correctly.

Yes your correct about that. I may try disabling other plgins to see if they are effecting speed. Unfortunately i need all the plugins. I tried it on another theme that is actually pretty quick and it took it from 85 on google speed test to 65. which was odd. Well your plugin has a lot of features. I was hoping it would work for me. Maybe a different theme later on. Thanks for answering.
